Thistle London Hyde Park Kensington Gardens

Good location, dinner was satisfactory, breakfast was decent. Pricey, items occasionally ran out, lukewarm and stale items placed on top of older food. Bar prices were high, watch out for added service charge if they offer table service.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our stay. It was situated in a cold and breezy area, but we found it convenient to have easy access to halal food outlets, as well as being close to the Underground station. the hotel was just a short distance from the theatre where the show we were seeing was being performed. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including big beds that were comfortable for tall individuals. The service provided by the staff, particularly Dante, was exceptional and went above and beyond our expectations. The hotel also offered free mineral water, Birchall tea, and Walkers shortbread in the room, which were nice touches. The breakfast provided was of good quality and the variety of food choices was impressive.

The bathroom in our room had some issues, with mold in the bath and a leaking bath screen that resulted in water on the floor after showering.

The rooms werenice and neat, with a cozy bed and a super clean bathroom. Staff members were friendly and courteous, providing really good service. The location was excellent, with easy access to Hyde Park and nearby shops and restaurants. a perfect stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

As youngsters, we loved the hotel's prime location near Queensway and Bayswater stations, with easy access to plenty of dining options. Being right in front of Kensington Gardens was a bonus, and we enjoyed our walks there. The Big Bus stop right in front of the hotel made it very convenient for exploring London. Despite the smaller size of the room, the price and location make it a place worth returning to.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It's in a great location, with an underground station just 100 meters away and the park just across the street. The staff are super friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room amenities were great too - we had everything we needed from the tea and coffee facilities to the free toiletries.

The hotel had some drawbacks, including unreliable wifi, towels with a strange smell, and a reception desk frequently crowded with a queue. the lack of brochures or information leaflets in the reception area was inconvenient.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location near Queensway train station made it easy for me to explore the city and visit Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. The staff, especially Michael at the reception, were helpful and made my experience even better. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the communal areas had a modern and updated decor.

The hotel's location was fantastic, as it was near Queensway Tube station and within walking distance to Central London attractions. Furthermore, the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options and the restaurant staff were helpful. In addition, the hotel was conveniently located near Hyde Park, providing a lovely opportunity for a walk in nature.

The hotel's staff seemed to be disorganized, as they gave away our room and we had to settle for a lower grade room. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, resulting in a restless night's sleep.

During my recent stay at a hotel near Kensington Gardens, I was actually surprised by the really good service provided by the staff. Upon check-in, I was kindly offered a free room upgrade, a fantastic bonus. The room itself wassuper clean and cozy, with modern amenities including a coffee machine and complimentary water, a rarity in most London hotels.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right across from Hyde Park and only 100 meters away from a Central Line station. It was so convenient to have easy access to the underground and bus stations. The room was modern, clean, and tidy, although it was a bit small. We were on the 9th floor and the view was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Denis, Silvia, Rianna, Ronisha, and Shantel. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of choices, and they even accommodated guests with allergies by cooking to order.

We highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

I had a fantastic stay at Thistle! The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler like myself. The lounge/bar was a great place to relax and grab a coffee or snack. The breakfast spread was delicious, although a bit pricey. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay more fun. I would highly recommend Thistle for a city trip.
